What's included

Everything it takes
to look like a serious
company online.

From scratch if you need it. We set up your pages, build your visual identity on social, write every caption, and post consistently — so your feed tells the story of a company worth trusting.

01

Page Setup & Profile Optimisation

If you don't have a page, we build it. If you do, we fix it. Bio, highlights, cover, contact info, link in bio — everything a buyer looks at before they decide whether to follow or bounce.

01
02

Content Production — Reels, Posts, Stories

We shoot on-site for Lebanon clients. For Gulf and international clients, you provide the raw footage and we handle editing, formatting, and everything else. Copy, captions, hashtags — all on us.

02
03

Copy Written From Scratch — Every Post

No templates. No recycled captions. Every post is written specifically for your company, your market, and your audience. Arabic and English — both handled in-house.

03
04

Weekly Approval — Then We Post

Every week you get a batch of content to review before it goes live. You approve, we post. You're never surprised by what's on your page, and you never have to chase us for an update.

04
05

Hashtag Strategy & Post SEO

Hashtags researched specifically for construction and renovation in your market. Every post is optimised to reach people actively looking for what you do — not just random scrollers.

Monthly Performance Report

Reach, engagement, and follower growth every month — plain language, no marketing jargon. You see what's working, what isn't, and what we're adjusting next month.

06
The platforms

Right platform.
Right audience.

Not every platform is right for every construction company. We match the platform to your business type so the content reaches the people who can actually hire you.

Instagram
All construction types · Primary platform

The most important platform for construction in Lebanon and the Gulf. Project reels, before/afters, and process videos build credibility fast. Your feed is the first thing a serious buyer checks after they hear about you.

Facebook
All construction types · Trust builder

Decision-makers in construction — especially in Lebanon — are still on Facebook. A strong, active page signals legitimacy. We keep it consistent and professional so it works alongside Instagram.

TikTok
Renovators & remodelers · High reach

TikTok works exceptionally well for renovation content — kitchen remodels, bathroom transformations, before/afters. The organic reach is unmatched for this type of visual work. Best fit for smaller-scale renovation businesses.

How it works

We take over.
You focus on the work.

One handover call, then it's off your plate. Every week, content for approval. Every month, a report.

Step 01 — Onboarding

We learn your business, then build the strategy

One call covers your services, your market, your tone, and what you've done on social before. We audit your existing pages if you have them. For Lebanon clients, we schedule the shoot. For Gulf clients, we tell you exactly what footage to send us.

Week 1

What we build in week 1

Content strategy — themes, tone, formats
Page setup or audit + fixes
First content batch in production

Step 02 — Weekly Rhythm

Batch sent every week. You approve, we post.

Every week you receive the upcoming content for review — reels, posts, captions, all ready to go. You approve or request changes. Once approved, we schedule and post everything. You're never chasing us and we're never chasing you.

Ongoing

What's in each weekly batch

Reels — edited, captioned, hashtagged
Static posts — project showcases + trust content
AR + EN copy — both versions ready

Step 03 — Monthly Report

What's working, what isn't, what's next

Every month: reach, engagement, and follower growth in plain language. Which content performed best. Which formats are resonating with your audience. What we're changing next month and why. No jargon, no inflated numbers.

Monthly report covers

Reach + impressions per platform
Engagement rate + follower growth

Be honest about this

Social media alone
won't fill your pipeline.

Organic social builds trust and authority — it makes people choose you when they're already considering. It's not a lead generation machine on its own. For actual inbound leads, you need ads running alongside it. We'll always tell you that, and we'll always push you toward the full system when the time is right.

Think of social media as the proof. Ads bring people to the door. Your social page is what convinces them to knock.

Why most pages fail

An inactive page
is worse than
no page.

A construction company with a dead Instagram — last post 8 months ago, 3 photos, no captions — tells every buyer the same thing: this business doesn't take itself seriously.

What most companies do
Post whenever someone remembers — 3 times this month, nothing for 2 months
Same caption for every post — "New project completed ✅" — says nothing
Photos taken on site with no editing, bad lighting, no context
No strategy — random content with no connection to the buyer's decision
Bio incomplete — no location, no service description, no way to contact
What Reno AI builds
Consistent weekly posting — your page always looks active and alive
Every caption written to build trust and answer the buyer's real questions
We shoot for Lebanon clients — real footage, professionally edited
Content strategy built around what makes construction buyers trust and enquire
Full profile optimised — bio, highlights, link in bio, contact — all set up properly
Common questions

Things people
always ask us.

Straight answers. No pitch hidden in the response.

Yes — and that's actually the cleanest starting point. We build the pages from scratch, set up the profile correctly from day one, and start with a content foundation that gives you something worth following. Growing from zero is slower than growing an existing audience, but it's far better than trying to fix a page that's been neglected for years.
Yes. For Gulf and international clients, you send us raw footage from your projects — phone videos, job site clips, before/afters. We handle everything from there: editing, music, captions, Arabic and English copy, hashtags, scheduling. All we need from you is a few minutes of real footage every week or two. The whole production side is on us.
Honest answer: organic social is primarily a brand and trust channel, not a direct lead generation machine. It will get you inbound DMs and enquiries — especially on Instagram — but it works best when combined with paid ads. Ads drive traffic. Your social page converts it. If your goal is a predictable pipeline of leads, you need both. We'll always tell you that rather than overselling what organic social can do on its own.
Both — bilingual Arabic and English as standard. For Lebanon, we typically lead with Arabic and include English. For Gulf clients, we adjust the balance based on your target audience. Both versions are written in-house, not machine-translated. The tone and messaging in Arabic is crafted for your market specifically, not just a direct translation of the English caption.
Nothing goes live without your approval. Every week you get the batch first — you review, request changes if needed, and we post only once you've given the go-ahead. If something needs adjusting, we fix it. Over time as we understand your tone and preferences better, revision rounds become minimal. Most clients barely touch the content after the first month.
Depends on what you do. TikTok works very well for renovation businesses — kitchen remodels, bathroom transformations, interior fit-outs — because before/after content performs exceptionally well on the platform and the organic reach is still high. For larger construction firms doing commercial or infrastructure projects, Instagram and Facebook are the stronger play. We'll tell you honestly which platforms make sense for your specific business before you commit.
