1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RENO AI website (renoai.co) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

RENO AI builds websites and provides search engine optimisation for construction and renovation companies in the Gulf and MENA region. We are based in Beirut, Lebanon. Contact us at [email protected].

3. Services

RENO AI provides website design and development together with search engine optimisation (including local SEO and Google Business Profile work) as a single service. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to the client. Any work outside that scope is only ever provided under a separate written agreement.

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, clients own all deliverables created specifically for them, including website files and content. RENO AI retains the right to display work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

RENO AI retains ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, processes, or systems we use to deliver services. These are licensed to you for the purpose of your engagement, not transferred.

6. Results & Guarantees

Except for the ranking guarantee set out below, RENO AI makes no guarantee of specific results, including lead volumes, revenue, or conversion rates. Search outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes. We commit to applying our full expertise and best practices to every engagement.

Ranking guarantee. We guarantee that within 60 days of your website going live, your business will both (a) rank on page 1 of Google for the agreed core service and city search term, and (b) be named as a recommended contractor when AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews are asked to recommend a contractor for that service in that location. This guarantee applies to every client engagement automatically. It does not need to be separately restated in your service agreement to be binding on us.

If either outcome is not achieved by day 60, we continue the SEO and GEO work at no monthly charge until both are achieved. There is no renegotiation and no additional fee.

When the 60 days start. Your website is considered live on the date it is published to your domain following your written sign-off that the build is complete. The 60-day period runs from that date, not from the date you engage us.

How the AI recommendation is measured. AI assistants do not publish ranking positions, so outcome (b) is assessed against a documented prompt set agreed with you in writing at the start of the engagement. Those prompts are run from a neutral, signed-out session, and the results are recorded in your monthly report so you can verify them independently.

Conditions. The guarantee applies to the specific search term agreed in writing at the start of the engagement, and requires that we retain the access needed to do the work throughout. It does not apply where the client delays approvals, restricts changes we ask to make to the site, or where the site is altered by a third party. Where any of these causes a delay, the 60-day period is extended by the length of that delay.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in each client's service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in work being paused until the account is brought current. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RENO AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to RENO AI in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, your hosting provider, and others. We are not responsible for changes to these platforms' policies, algorithms, pricing, or availability that may affect the performance of our services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you are responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work product to you upon receipt of any outstanding payments.

12. Website Use

You may use the RENO AI website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, disrupt its operation, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
